Mohsen is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer holding a Ph.D. in Management of Technology, a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an LLQP financial advisor, with over 30 years of extensive experience delivering comprehensive industrial, technical, and financial business solutions in quality management systems, process optimization, and operational excellence.
As an accomplished third-party lead auditor and consultant, he has assessed compliance, driven systemic improvements, and implemented international standards across more than 1,200 companies, and has executed performance improvement initiatives in over 250 organizations.
His leadership experience includes directing enterprise operations, overseeing the development of a custom Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) software featuring over 40 specialized modules, and designing and delivering more than 2,000 professional training courses on core quality tools, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, management systems and advanced methodologies. Backed by advanced engineering degrees and financial advisory proficiency, Mohsen brings a unique blend of technical precision, software development capability, and strategic business consulting to every organization he works with.
